Membership in VCHA includes individuals in organizations involved in the provision or facilitation of services and/or care to a patient/client in their home setting. Each membership will be listed in ONLY ONE SERVICE CATEGORY.
Dues are $400 if paid by December 31, 2025; $450 if paid after January 1, 2026 and include these benefits:
- All luncheon and speaker events for 2026, held at Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo
- Education on Healthcare, Regulatory and Professional Development topics
- Listing on the VCHA directory – Printed, PDF and Online – in one category if registered and paid by March 1, 2026 – the printed directory will be distributed countywide to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Only Members will have access to the PDF Directory
- Invitation to exclusive events and representation at countywide healthcare forums

- Members only may provide raffle prizes and self-introduce at meetings
- Support non-profit organizations in the community
New Membership is dependent upon the successful completion of the application process. See link at the bottom of this page for membership application. All required collateral is listed on this form. Both renewal and new memberships must fill out a membership form.
DUES:
Membership: Members are required to serve on a committee. Please state your committee preference on your membership application.
Dues for 2025 membership (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026): $400 (if paid by Dec. 31, 2025)
